Expert in regional development and infrastructure
Topics: Public-Private Partnership (PPP), revitalisation, transportation projects, urban projects, sports facilities, tourism projects, innovation in local government, regional development.
Economist, manager, advises on investment projects, coordinates and carries out advisory services for the public and private sector, and in particular is responsible for the business and financial side of projects. He has worked on investment projects planned and implemented under the PPP formula, e.g. in Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Poznań, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Katowice, Olsztyn, Sopot and many others, as well as on the development and implementation of municipal infrastructure management models.
For over a decade he has been advising on projects carried out under the PPP formula. He provides training on PPP, concessions and infrastructure financing, implementation and management.
Co-author of articles and books on infrastructure management, PPP implementation and concessions, as well as analyses and reports on the subject.
As an Expert, he has cooperated with the Polish Organisation of the Parking Industry and the PPP Centre Foundation.
A graduate of the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, majoring in Social Policy at the University of Warsaw. Graduate of postgraduate studies in the real estate market.
