An expert with many years of experience in the energy and telecommunications sectors. She has held key executive and advisory positions, combining legal expertise with strategic acumen in regulated industries.

Former Vice-Chairwoman of the Management Board at PGE S.A., where she oversaw regulatory affairs, ESG processes, EU funding and the implementation of innovtive operational models. As Desputy Minister for Digital Affairs, she was reponsible for the development of digital infrastructure, including the rollout of 5G in Poland and the preparation of legislative reforms aimed at removing investment barriers in telecommunications.

She began her professional career as a lawyer advising clients in regulated sectors. Later, as Chairwoman of the Centre for Digital Projects of Poland, she managed projects with a total budget of 4 billion € – work for which she received the prestigious European Boardband Award.

Currently she runs Business Law House, a law firm specializing in advisory services for entities operating in regulated sectors. She is author of numerous reports and analyses on energy, digital transformation and sustainable development. Serves on the boards of European industry organizations such as Eurelectric and PKEE.

She is a recipient of multiple honors, including the Wektory 2018 award for public-private cooperation and the Alumna of the Year title from the European Academy of Diplomacy. She also serves as a mentor in leadership programs, sharing her knowledge with future leaders.
