Areas of interest: aviation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, strategic and operational management, infrastructure, corporate finance, local government, project management.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Banking, specialization in Capital Markets) and the University of Cambridge (Diploma in Economics, Citibank Scholarship). An experienced manager in both the financial sector (Bank Pekao S.A., 2003–2016) and the aviation industry, where he held various roles including Managing Director at the Polish Aviation Group (2018–2021) and CEO of Welcome Airport Services (2022–2023). He is particularly interested in regional development and the functioning of local governments and is active in local NGOs. Member of the editorial team of the academic journal “Scientiae Radices”. In his free time, he enjoys traveling (having visited 45 countries across 5 continents), observing best practices from around the world, cooking and discovering new cuisines, running (including the occasional marathon) and cheering for Polish athletes and Poland.
