A lawyer, she coordinates and manages projects, in particular she is responsible for the legal side of undertakings. She has worked on, among others, investment projects with private partner participation for Gdańsk and Sopot, Otwock, Warsaw, Gniezno, Malbork, Łódź, Katowice and Szczecin.

For over 15 years, she has been advising on projects carried out under the PPP formula. She was a member of the team working on the PPP Act. She conducts training on PPP, concessions, and public procurement. Lecturer at Public Procurement Office conferences.

Author and co-author of books on PPP and concessions (including commentaries to the Act on PPP) and articles, analyses and reports on this subject. Member of the Polish National Association of Public Procurement Consultants.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw.
